What time is check in / check out? We’re arriving after 12am. Will we still be able to check in?

Our standard check-in time is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am.

If you are arriving early and would like to check-in before 2pm, we would recommend that you book one additional night to ensure that the room is ready for you. For late check-outs, please make prior arrangements with us, extension is subject to availability and charges are applicable. You can also choose to store your luggage with us before check-in or after check-out.

It is recommended that you notify the hotel of your expected arrival time.

I need to make a change to my reservations, but my booking was done with another website / travel agent. How do I do it?

You’ll need to contact the website / travel agent that you’ve booked through to make the amendments required. Do note that charges may be applicable.

What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?

Credit card, cash, direct credit before arrival, or Eftpos.

Is there a surcharge if I use my credit card?

Yes there is a 2% credit card surcharge fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

If booked directly through the Hotel, you may cancel or amend your booking up to 24 hours prior to arrival (up to 6pm the day before) without charge. Cancellations after this time will incur a fee of 100% of accommodation for the first night. We encourage our guests to investigate the provision of Holiday/Travel Cancellation Insurance before commencing travel. On certain reservations a special cancellation may apply. If booked through a third party, please contact the booking agent directly for cancellation policies.
