Designer and artist, Hayley Brown brings imagination to life. Creating the gold leaf, silk floral feature wall in reception is just the start. Her playful squiggle artwork threads our guest rooms together, creating spaces that simultaneously excite and soothe.
“I love creating emotive environments and atmospheres that evoke the feeling of the client’s brand and culture” – Hayley Brown
Working at the intersection of people, space and objects, Angus Muir created the iridescent flower lights and larger than life flower sculpture in the lobby and reception. Dedicated to renewing and revitalising spaces while acknowledging their history to create mesmeric experiences, Muir was the only choice for our flowers may bloom again, but a person never has the chance to be young again welcome.
Christchurch artist Judy Darragh is renowned for her brightly coloured sculptural assemblages and tongue in cheek wit. Creating a bespoke Blooms cluster for us, her iridescent artwork adorns the wall of our saccharine sweet Parlour.
