Do I have to place a deposit during check in? What mode of payments do you accept?

You will need to place a S$50 deposit per night for your stay upon check in. This amount is held as a deposit for potential charges that you may bill to your room. The deposit will be released after check out if no additional charges are incurred during your stay.

We accept all major credit cards and Singapore dollars. No cheques please!

Do you have any restaurants at the hotel? What about room service?

We have a lobby restaurant, Table which serves authentic timeless Indian gastronomy to the table, delighting your senses with a contemporary touch.

Our room service is available daily from 11am – 10.30pm.

Do you have parking facilities at the hotel? How much are the charges and is this included in my room rate?

While there is no parking facility within the hotel, we advise guests to make use of the public parking available along Seah Street or Beach Centre Car Park located next to the hotel. Please ensure that you have a cash card or parking coupons on hand! Charges are not borne by the hotel.

Do you offer a rollaway bed or baby cribs? Is there a charge?

Baby cribs are available upon request and is free of charge. However, it is subject to availability. An extra bed can be placed in a limited number of rooms at a charge of S$75++ per day, so please remember to check with our reservations team!

Do you offer an airport shuttle?

We can arrange for airport transfer. Do contact us to find out the charges.

I need a smoking room.

While Naumi Hotel is a smoke-free hotel, there are designated smoking areas on hotel premises. Do note that a Naumi-nal fee of S$200 will apply if you decide to light up in the room!

I need to make a change to my reservations, but my booking was done with another website / travel agent. How do I do it?

You’ll need to contact the website / travel agent that you’ve booked through to make the amendments required. Do note that charges may be applicable.

I would like to stay at Naumi. Where can I get best rates, discounts and packages?

The infinity pool is so beautiful at night. Can I enjoy a late night swim?

Our pool is open from 7am – 6pm daily. We don’t have a lifeguard on duty and therefore not advisable to swim after the operating hours.

What is the minimum age requirement to check into Naumi Hotel?

You must be 21 years old and a valid photo ID must be produced during check-in.

What time does breakfast start? I am leaving very early. Can I have early breakfast?

Breakfast starts from 7am – 10.30am on Weekdays and 7am – 11am on Weekends at our lobby restaurant, Table.

For early departure, we can arrange for a light takeaway (croissants & Danish pastry) so that you can enjoy your breakfast on your way.

What time is check in / check out? We’re arriving after 12am. Will we still be able to check in?

Our standard check-in time is after 2pm and check-out is before 12pm. If you are arriving early and would like to check-in before 2pm, we would recommend that you book one additional night to ensure that the room is ready for you. For late check-outs, please make prior arrangements with us, extension is subject to availability and charges may apply.

As our Front Desk operates 24-hours daily, we can facilitate your check-in according to your arrival time. You can also choose to store your luggage with us before check-in or after check-out while you roam around town.

It is recommended that you notify the hotel of your expected arrival time.
