We partner with Yellow Bus offering our guests shuttle transfer from Auckland Airport to our hotel on a loop for NZD$8 per adult each way. Kids under 12 travels for free. It will drop you directly at the entrance to our lobby.
The Yellow Bus is an exclusive hotel-airport-hotel transfer service operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This service calls on our hotel approximately every 25 minutes during peak hours and every 50 minutes outside the peak. The bus schedule can be viewed here.

We take a pre-authorisation amount of $100 per night, up to a maximum of 3 nights or $300 at check in. We accept all major credit cards, New Zealand dollars and EFTPOS transactions. No cheques please!
The pre-authorisation amount is a security bond for any incidental expenses incurred during your stay. Any balance of the security bond will be released after check out (please note that this may take a few days to reflect on your bank statement).
While Naumi Auckland Airport is a smoke-free hotel, there are designated smoking areas on hotel premises. Do note that a nominal fee of NZD$700 will apply if you decide to light up in the room!

Yes, we have over 100 parking bays and parking is free while you stay with us. Should you need parking while not being a guest of the hotel, parking can be arranged at $20 per 24 hours.
Our standard check-in time is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am.
If you are arriving early and would like to check-in before 2pm, we would recommend that you book one additional night to ensure that the room is ready for you. For late check-outs, please make prior arrangements with us, extension is subject to availability and charges are applicable.
As our Front Desk operates 24-hours daily, we can facilitate your check-in according to your arrival time. You can also choose to store your luggage with us before check-in or after check-out while you visit local attractions or enjoy gastronomic delights in our restaurant and bar.
