Pets under 9kg are allowed at Naumi Auckland Airport for bookings in Habitat or Oasis Room. Guide dogs of all sizes are welcome.
We are on the Yellow Bus route which transports travellers from Auckland Airport to their hotel for NZD$6 per person each way. It will drop you directly at the entrance to our lobby.
The yellow bus runs every 20 minutes all year round, all seasons – with at exception from 2Am to 3AM. A ticket can be purchased at ticket machines outside the airport terminal building, online at www.yellowbus.co.nz or at Naumi Auckland Airport’s reception desk.
Behind the reception and main lobby is Paksa Bar & Restaurant, which serves Asian Fusion cuisine to the table, delighting your senses with a contemporary touch.
Room Service, which we call In-Room Dining, is available 24/7.
We take a pre-authorisation amount of one room night’s rate + $100 upon check in. We accept all major credit cards, New Zealand dollars and EFTPOS transactions. No cheques please!
While Naumi Auckland Airport is a smoke-free hotel, there are designated smoking areas on hotel premises. Do note that a nominal fee of NZD$700 will apply if you decide to light up in the room!

Yes, we have over 100 parking bays and parking is free while you stay with us. Should you need parking while not being a guest of the hotel, parking can be arranged at $20 per 24 hours.
Our standard check-in time is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am.
If you are arriving early and would like to check-in before 2pm, we would recommend that you book one additional night to ensure that the room is ready for you. For late check-outs, please make prior arrangements with us, extension is subject to availability and charges are applicable.
As our Front Desk operates 24-hours daily, we can facilitate your check-in according to your arrival time. You can also choose to store your luggage with us before check-in or after check-out while you visit local attractions or enjoy gastronomic delights in our restaurant and bar.
