Our unique infinity pool, outdoor shower, guest bathroom and relaxation area is open daily from 7am to 10pm for your enjoyment.

Durians

We kindly inform you that durians are not permitted in the rooms or any areas of the hotel. In the event a durian smell is detected in your room, we would impose a cleaning fee of $500 to cover the additional cleaning required to eliminate the odour.

Evening Happy Hour

Do join us at Cloud 9 Rooftop Pool @ Level 10, for some nibbles, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks between 5pm to 7pm daily.

Fire Safety

In the event of a fire, please evacuate the building immediately by the nearest exit assemble on Beach Road. Please make yourself aware of the nearest exit which is clearly marked. Please refer to the floor map located on the back of your room door.

Gym

Our 3 boutique gyms are available 24/7 and are located on your right when you exit the lifts. Please use your key card to access the gyms.

Housekeeping

Unless you choose to activate the DND light by your door, your room will be serviced daily. If your DND light is on, we will leave a calling card to advise we honoured your privacy request.

Your iron and ironing board are in the pull-out drawer under your bed or in your wardrobe.

Hairdryer

Hairdryers are placed in the purple bag hanging on your wardrobe.

Laundry/ Dry Cleaning/ Pressing

A laundry bag and price list is located in the drawer at the bottom of your wardrobe. Please hang your laundry bag outside your room or bring to the reception for same day service.

Naumi Hotel Singapore is a non-smoking property including guest rooms, corridors, stairwells, and public areas. There is a smoking area on Level 10 located to the left of the bar. A fee of $500 will be charged if you choose to smoke in the room.
