Do I have to place a deposit during check in? What mode of payments do you accept?

You will need to place a S$50 deposit per night for your stay upon check in. This amount is held as a deposit for potential charges that you may bill to your room. The deposit will be released after check out if no additional charges are incurred during your stay.

We accept all major credit cards. No cheques please!

Do you have parking facilities at the hotel? How much are the charges and is this included in my room rate?

While there is no parking facility within the hotel, we advise guests to make use of the public parking available along Seah Street or Beach Centre Car Park located next to the hotel. Please ensure that you have a cash card or parking coupons on hand! Charges are not borne by the hotel.

Do you offer a rollaway bed or baby cribs? Is there a charge?

Baby cribs are available upon request and are free of charge, subject to availability. An extra bed can be placed in a limited number of rooms at a charge of S$75++ per day, so please remember to check with our reservations team!

Do you offer an airport shuttle?

I need a smoking room.

While Naumi Hotel is a smoke-free hotel, there are designated smoking areas on hotel premises. Do note that a Naumi-nal fee of S$200 will apply if you decide to light up in the room!

The infinity pool is so beautiful at night. Can I enjoy a late night swim?

Our pool is open from 7am – 6pm daily. We don’t have a lifeguard on duty and, therefore, it is not advisable to swim after the operating hours.

What is the minimum age requirement to check into Naumi Hotel?

You must be 21 years old and a valid photo ID must be produced during check-in.

What time is check in / check out? We’re arriving after 12am. Will we still be able to check in?

Our standard check-in time is after 2pm and check-out is before 12pm. If you are arriving early and would like to check-in before 2pm, we would recommend that you book one additional night to ensure that the room is ready for you. For late check-outs, please make prior arrangements with us, extension is subject to availability and charges may apply.

As our Front Desk operates 24-hours daily, we can facilitate your check-in according to your arrival time. You can also choose to store your luggage with us before check-in or after check-out while you roam around town.

What is check in/check out time?

1) Check in is at 2 PM. Pre-block of room one day prior is encouraged for expected early arrival, subject to one night room charge.

2) Check out is at 12 noon. If the room is required till 6:00 pm, a half day charge on the agreed rate is applicable. Check-out after 6:00 pm will be at a full day charge. Extension is subjected to availability; prior arrangement is strongly recommended.

Do you have high-speed wired and/or wireless Internet access available?

Wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel and in all guest rooms. The hotel does not have any wired internet access connection.

Do you have a fitness center? What are the hours?

Yes, we have an on-site 24-hour fitness center.

Do you have a business center?

No. Nevertheless, our Aides are pleased to assist you with postage, printing, scanning, faxing, photocopying of documents. Charges will be applicable.

Do you have a spa? What are the hours?

The hotel does not have a spa facility.

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?

You must go through the booking agent/website that you went through in order to change your reservation. Charges may be applicable.

Do you have connecting rooms?

No, we do not have connecting rooms at the hotel. Nevertheless, we are able to arrange rooms on the same floor or adjacent to each other. Please inform our team early to do so.

What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?

Do you offer room service? What are the hours?

Do you have a car park and what does it cost?

Yes, we have secure onsite parking at $30.00 per night. If you wish to park your car in our car park for the day the cost is $15.00.

How do I get to the car park?

Our car park is accessed via Dunlop Terrace. Dunlop Terrace is accessed just off Vivian Street. Head to our location page for more information.

Is the hotel earthquake strengthened?

Naumi Studio Wellington was strengthened, and re-built in 2002-2004. The structure was designed and constructed to 100% of the New Zealand Building Code as of 2002.Naumi Hotel Wellington and Conference facilities were completed in November 2008 and also gained a Code of Compliance Certificate (CCC). As a new building, it met the full code of the time.

Does Naumi Hotel Auckland Airport allow pets?

Pets are allowed at Naumi Hotel Auckland Airport for booking in Habitat or Oasis Room. However, please take note of our pet policies here., and view our food menu for your pets here.

Do you offer an airport shuttle?

We are on the Yellow Bus route which transports travellers from Auckland Airport to their hotel for NZD$6 per person each way. The yellow bus runs every 20 minutes all year round, all seasons – with at exception from 2Am to 3AM. A ticket can be purchased at ticket machines outside the airport terminal building, online at www.yellowbus.co.nz or at Naumi Hotel Auckland Airport’s reception desk.

Do you have any restaurants at the hotel? What about room service?

Behind the reception and main lobby is Paksa Bar & Restaurant, which serves Asian Fusion cuisine to the table, delighting your senses with a contemporary touch. Room Service, which we call In-Room Dining, is available 24/7.

You can enjoy our outdoor swimming pool anytime from 6am – 10pm. Please ensure that children are accompanied by an adult while poolside.

What time does breakfast start? I am leaving very early. Can I have early breakfast?

Breakfast is served in Paksa Bar & Restaurant from 6am – 10am. For early departure, we can arrange for a light takeaway continental breakfast and juice. This way you can enjoy your breakfast on the go.

Yes, we have over 100 parking bays and parking is free while you stay with us. Should you need parking while not being a guest of the hotel, parking can be arranged at $20 per 24 hours.
