Your physical and mental well-being is our number one priority when staying with us. By closely following the latest Ministry of Health information, introducing a strict ‘Covid Clean’ operation and utilising our spacious gardens and grassed areas we can ensure your stay with us is clean, healthy and relaxing.

Naumi’s ‘Covid Clean’  

Like you, we are a fan of the spick and span so our cleaning and sanitisation operation includes;

  • Sanitising stations in our main entrances in all our hotels.  
  • Increased cleaning and sanitising of reception desks, pens, room key cards, eftpos terminals in our lobby areas.
  • Increased cleaning of all surfaces including a sanitising spray in all public areas.  
  • Easy to follow social distancing floor and wall signage. 
  • Sanitising wipes to be installed in all gyms in addition to increased cleaning and sanitising. 
  • Room deep cleans undertaken using sanitising surface cleaner and finished with a sanitising mist. Encompassing a 20-point deep cleaning and sanitising program focusing on high traffic surfaces and high importance on overall hygiene.

Self-isolating? We have plenty of fresh air and green grass 

Naumi Auckland Airport offers a large private garden plus additional large grassed areas to stretch, skip or dance about.  Plus most rooms have a private patio or balcony to breathe in fresh air and any bad vibes out.  


Social Distancing Initiatives 

All our restaurants and public areas will allow for a 2m space between guests. Naumi hotels will also implement contact tracing initiatives in all our restaurants. 


Meetings/Event Spaces 

Our meeting rooms are able to space attendees out with a minimum 2m distance.  

Plus we will also implement contact tracing initiatives for conferences/events which will capture all guests and their visitors.  

Hand sanitiser, wipes and sanitising spray are all available for use during your meeting/event.
