Check-Out
Standard check-out is at 10am, 11am for those who have booked direct on naumihotels.com. Please call reception to inquire about late check-out availability. 

Departures between 11am to 2pm will incur an extra fee of $25 per hour. Any departures after 2pm will be charged a half-night room rate until 6 pm and a full night post 6 pm.

Express check-out: We collect your details on arrival to ensure a quick check-out. Feel free to leave your key at the reception once you checkout via Kiosk.

In-Room Amenities
Should you require extra amenities please call reception to organise this for you. If you do not want to be disturbed or your room not to be serviced, please leave out the Do Not Disturb sign.

Carparking
Parking is NZD $10.00 per night during your stay. You can access both car park’s entrance and exit code can be obtained at reception. Please settle the car park fee on departure. If you require parking after departure, please see reception for rates.

Airport Shuttle
The Yellow Bus Shuttle operates daily between Naumi, the Domestic and International Terminals. Tickets are $8.00 per adult, and under 12’s are FREE. Ensure to book with reception 20 minutes prior as the service is by request. Contact reception for times, tickets, or any further assistance.

Breakfast: Mon to Fri 6am to 10am | Sat & Sun 6.30am to 10am

Full Buffet @ $32 per person or Continental Buffet @ $22 per person

Restaurant: 11am to 9.30pm (last order) | Bar: 7am to 10pm

Hotel Gym & Pool
The Gym is open 24 hours, for anyone 16+. Our pool is open from dawn to dusk. Towels are available in the gym. Children must be supervised. Access through the central corridor.

Entertainment & Mini Golf
Kindly collect the mini golf set from the reception which includes one golf stick and one ball each. The Bond of $30NZD will be taken on hold.
